Welcome to Here And Now Drug Testing LLC. By using our drug testing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you should not use our services.

1. All clients must provide valid government-issued identification prior to any testing services being administered.

2. Test results are confidential and will only be shared with authorized entities as designated by the client or as required by law.

3. Clients must arrive at their scheduled appointment time; late arrivals may result in rescheduling and possible service fees.

4. Here And Now Drug Testing LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who appears under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of testing.

5. Cancellation or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

6. All fees for testing services must be paid in full at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

7. The accuracy of test results may be affected by the client's compliance with pre-test instructions provided by the company.
